Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our property!

By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 A reservation is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total booking amount at the time of booking.

1.2 The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the start of the stay. Failure to complete the final payment may result in the cancellation of the booking, subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 We offer a Relaxed Cancellation Policy:Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the stay are non-refundable.

2.2 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in time is 2 pm Adelaide time, and check-out time is 10 am Adelaide time.

3.2 Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

4. House Rules

4.1 Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be the guest's responsibility, and repair or replacement costs may be charged.

4.2 Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

4.3 Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.

4.4 Pets are not allowed.

5. Security and Surveillance

5.1 For the safety and security of our guests and property, an outdoor security camera is installed and actively monitors access to the property.

5.2 The camera does not monitor or record any indoor spaces to ensure guest privacy.

5.3 Tampering with, obstructing, or disabling the security camera is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

6. Liability and Indemnification

6.1 The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay.

6.2 The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are encouraged to take necessary precautions to secure their valuables.

6.3 Guests agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their stay.

7. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations

7.1 Guests must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during their stay. Any violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

8.1 The host reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
